Fractal ruins

It's mysterious how those impeccable motifs are carved! so years ago. although it could be inspired by the organic form but needs a mathematical derivation for its repetitive accuracy. While playing around with coding script I made similar structures. Are these beings aliens who knew to program like in the movie Prometheus.
